We look after property in India for people who can’t be here to do it themselves.

Most of our clients live in the US, UK, Gulf, Singapore, Australia and Canada. Many have inherited a parent’s home. Some bought a flat years ago and rented it out. Others want to sell and bring the money abroad. All of them have the same problem: the work needs someone on the ground, and every visit to India is short.

We are that someone. We visit the property, deal with local offices and tenants, and bring in independent advocates and chartered accountants where the law requires them. You get one point of contact and a clear record of everything done.
